The Grundfos 15 20 Cil solar hot water circulating pump is the most reliable solar hot water circulating pump we use. They are easy to install and we do try to use them as much as possible in our solar hot water replacement circulating pumps.

The 15-20 CIL2 can be used as a replacement pump* for all open loop solar systems, both flat plate & evacuated tube types from all major manufacturers. We have listed the major manufacturers below to eliminate some of the guess work as there are hundreds of systems and models.

  I strongly recommend this business to anyone who needs expert and professional help with their hot water system. My Heat Pump hot water system stopped working so I reached out to ask for help. Matt was out with a few hours and had the problem fixed within minutes. The faulty part was logged directly with the Hotwater system manufacturer which resulted in a zero cost call out.   Contacted Matt on Sunday about an issue with our solar hotwater, he responded first thing Monday morning informing us he could be here at lunch time.
Matt arrived and we went to look at the hotwater system, it took him a couple of minutes to diagnose the problem and about the same to repair it.Matt also gave us some great information on how to make the system better.   We had an electric hot water system but had solar panels and batteries. Initially we went to Mat thinking (and ready to) spend thousands of dollars on a solar hot water system. Matt looked at our bill and analysed what we had already and came up with a cheaper alternative that would also save us more money in the longer term.. Its not often that tradies will look after the customer rather than their own bottom line. Matt also came back many times to ensure the product was working and we were happy.   Fantastic service. Matt spent 45mins on the phone and then came out for a 30min look at our hot water system. Even after spending all of this time with us, he recommended a gas setup, essentially doing himself out of a sale. It was refreshing to speak to a professional who cared more about the best result for us than making any money at all. Great bloke; highly recommended!
