My Heat Pump hot water system stopped working so I reached out to ask for help. Matt was out with a few hours and had the problem fixed within minutes. The faulty part was logged directly with the Hotwater system manufacturer which resulted in a zero cost call out. Absolutely amazing service!TimSeptember 13, 2021.Contacted Matt on Sunday about an issue with our solar hotwater, he responded first thing Monday morning informing us he could be here at lunch time. Matt arrived and we went to look at the hotwater system, it took him a couple of minutes to diagnose the problem and about the same to repair it.Matt also gave us some great information on how to make the system better. Initially we went to Mat thinking (and ready to) spend thousands of dollars on a solar hot water system. Matt looked at our bill and analysed what we had already and came up with a cheaper alternative that would also save us more money in the longer term.. Its not often that tradies will look after the customer rather than their own bottom line. Matt also came back many times to ensure the product was working and we were happy.
